This flat received many layout improvements while retaining all its 1904 elegance. An ultra-modern kitchen is connected to the dining area with a classically trimmed opening. A custom walnut headboard with rear storage creates a walk-through closet in a modestly sized master bedroom. Three bedrooms, three baths, and a laundry room were part of the remodel.
