Comprehensive remodel of a single family residence, ran the gamut across the city agencies from historic rehabilitation of the front facade, expansion - vertical and horizontal, and upscaling from one family to two units via condo conversion.
One in a row of near identical Victorians from 1906, this gem had most of its ornament hidden behind cement shingles. The façade came back to life along with the original front rooms. The rear enjoys an open plan and a broad western view with Sutro tower at its center. The basement level was slightly lowered to accommodate a two bedroom flat and a garage.
